| We offer a large house, which was renovated largely in 1989. The building was originally
a farmhouse and most walls are several feet thick. There is further scope for modernisation, or indeed
conversion to form two entirely independent apartments. |

| There are fantastic views at the rear towards the Pyrénées to the south. |

| The house is in a quiet hamlet about 5 minutes’ drive from Montolieu. The hamlet is
at the end of a single track adopted road and contains about seven dwellings. Two are lived in permanently;
three including our own are owned by British as holiday homes; two other houses, plus a couple of barns
and some land are owned by other locals. |

| The land around the houses, including a large meadow to the north, is communal land owned
jointly by the owners of property in the hamlet, and the hamlet itself is surrounded by farmland. |
